Start the year with a clear head…do febfast!
febfast, our favourite summer detox and the original fundraiser of its kind, needs your help to support young Australians who struggle with alcohol and drug problems to get their lives back on track.
febfast encourages Aussies to take a break from the booze in February, the shortest month of the year.
After the indulgence of the festive season, febfast allows participants to press the ‘pause’ button and approach the New Year with a clear head and a fresh start.
Why sign up?
- Put some balance back in your drinking habits after partying your way through the festive season.
- Give your body, and your wallet, a break.
- There may be 29 days in February this leap year but it’s still the shortest month on the calendar!
- Enter as a team or challenge your mates to see who can raise the most money to help young people overcome drug and alcohol problems.
Register yourself or a team at www.febfast.org.au
