Make-A-Wish Jackie Chan Visit and Hugh Jackman Charity Tees

Make-A-Wish have been busy, they recently sent one of their Make-A-Wish kids overseas to see Jackie Chan, and, working with Hugh Jackman and Deborra-Lee Furness, have just released a new collection of charity tees.
The charity tees labeled ‘Believe in Dreams’ and ‘Everyone wants to be loved’ are available now, but stocks are limited so check them out before they’re all checked out.
You can read more online about how donations and support are being put to work with Make-A-Wish, who sent 14-year-old Connor, a brain tumor diagnosed boy, to China to meet his hero Jackie Chan.
